To all our dedicated loyal members

We thank you for your ticket purchase. Please be aware in these very uncertain times there my be instances whereby we are forced by our government, or local government health officials or covid marshals etc to cancel an event

This may happen pre an advertised event on the night or during without notice

In case this ever happens and its out of our control

This is what we offer

The word refund in the case of a cancelled or closed event will "mean" credit note

The word refund in the case of a cancelled or closed event will mean that a credit note will be issued to the ticket purchaser or his /her registered associaite

The value of the credit note will be the full value of the ticket sold - less the card fee if it is charged by the providers

The credit note is valid for 6 months and may be used for entry or the purchase of onsite drinks

You may use the credit note in increments or at full value

You may add an extra payment to the credit note to increase its value or use it as partial payment

The credit note can not be exchanged for cash nor transferred to other persons

Prepaid tickets where the buyer fails to show are not refundable and no cash refunds will be given.
